Salty Girls is a crew-only club for women in yachting. It exists so that arriving in a new marina feels less alone — coffee, a run, a provisioning buddy, honest local tips. Keeping it that way takes a few simple rules.

The spirit

• Treat every girl here the way you'd want to be treated on your first day on a new boat.
• This is a community of working crew. Respect people's time, watch schedules, and off-duty hours.
• What's shared in the club stays in the club.

Not allowed

• Harassment of any kind — no exceptions, no "it was a joke".
• Dating-app behaviour — Salty Girls is not a dating app. Don't treat profiles like a catalogue.
• Spam or promotions — no MLM, no affiliate links, no pushing your brand in Pulse.
• Sharing someone else's personal info — names, contacts, yacht details, or photos of other people without their OK.
• Posting anyone's exact live location — the whole app is marina-level on purpose. Keep it that way in posts and comments too.

Meet safely

Meetups are low-key and public by design — a café, a dock gate, a waterfront run. Meet in public places, tell someone where you're going, and trust your gut. If something feels off, leave — and tell us.

Every Pulse post and comment can be reported in the app. For anything bigger — or anything you'd rather say privately — email hello@getsaltygirls.com. During the beta, reports go straight to the founder.

Beta note: we're a small crew figuring this out season by season. Guidelines may evolve — breaking them may mean losing access to the club.
